Delivery

Three End Apparel dispatches your purchased items from Victoria, Australia on the same day, providing you have ordered by 2pm AEDT.
 If you have ordered after 2pm, your order will be dispatched the following day. 
This excludes weekends and public holidays. 
Please contact our customer service via email: hello@threeendapparel.com if you have any questions or haven't had a chance to order by 2pm and would like to receive your order the following day and we will let you know if this is a possibility. 

DOMESTIC DELIVERY

Standard: Free standard shipping on orders over $100
If your order is under $100, the shipping is $9 and will generally take anywhere from 2-6 business days to receive your order depending on your location. 

Express: If you would like to receive your order the following business day, providing you're in the express post network and have ordered by 2pm AEDT, shipping is $11. 

(Please refer to the Australian Post website if you would like to see if your location is in the Express Post network and refer to the dispatch time above). 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Import Liabilities and Taxes
Three End Apparel does not cover import liabilities that may be applied to you by your country. We will have no responsibility for any delays, duties or taxes that may occur through customs and therefore will be unable to accept any orders back as a result of the charges applied not being paid. 

Standard: We have a $20 flat rate shipping fee for all international orders. Your order will be sent via standard delivery and will generally take up to 2 weeks to receive depending on your location. 

EXCHANGES 

Three End Apparel is unable to cover the cost of postage for an exchange of item.
